Our A2 Bilona Ghee is made from A2 milk sourced from indigenous Indian cattle (Bos indicus — देसी गाय), handcrafted in small batches using the traditional Bilona (बिलोना) method.
The process follows three fixed steps: whole milk is set into curd, the curd is hand-churned to isolate cultured butter (मक्खन), and that butter is slow-heated over an open flame until clarified. Each step is non-negotiable — skip one and you have a different product.
The result is a ghee with a naturally granular (दानेदार) texture at room temperature, a rich nutty aroma that varies with the season, and no additives, preservatives, or cream-separation shortcuts. Small-batch. Single-origin. Chemical-free.
