Arette Clásico Reposado Tequila is a 100% blue agave tequila produced by the Orendain family at El Llano distillery in Tequila, Jalisco. Slow-cooked in traditional brick ovens, double-distilled in stainless steel stills with copper coils, and aged for 6 months in American white oak barrels, it offers a harmonious balance of cooked agave, soft vanilla, and subtle oak character.
Food Pairing: Pork carnitas, grilled chicken fajitas, fish tacos, queso fresco, guacamole, and flan.
Tasting Notes : Pale golden amber in appearance, offering a smooth, soft, and medium-bodied mouthfeel on the palate.
Nose : Cooked agave, fresh citrus, vanilla, subtle oak, and light herbal notes.
Palate : Smooth and balanced with flavors of roasted agave, sweet vanilla, mild oak spice, and a touch of black pepper.
