Cedilla Açaí is made at Maison Leblon, where more than 500 hand-picked organic açaí berries are macerated in unfiltered alambique cachaça. Native ginger root, orange zest and lime peel join the fruit, with a splash of fresh cane juice for sweetness.
The result is rich and fruity, carrying complex notes of chocolate, spice and berry.
Bottled at 25% ABV in a 750 ml format.
