Dashfire Mole Bitters offer a wonderful chocolatey, spicy and slightly savoury bitter specifically designed to compliment tequila and mezcal cocktails but also tastes great with bitter orange Campari cocktails. Cacao nibs, currants, and ancho chilies make for a slightly spicy, sweet, and savoury flavour profile in this small-batch bitters formula inspired by the cuisine of Mexico.
Dashfire is a small craft company, based in Minnesota. The force behind Dashfire, Lee Egbert, is driven by an infinite curiosity, coupled with an appetite for travel and a desire to learn all he can about flavours and spices of different cultures. Lee lived in China for a year and a half, and has also travelled extensively through Thailand, Malaysia, India, Sri Lanka, Morocco, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Mexico, Guatemala, and Belize, where he had the opportunity to learn first-hand about local herbs and spices, as well as spirits and food. The inspiration for all Dashfire products is drawn from these experiences and flavours.
